Description: The subsystem was attempting to pass a command to agent, but the agent is busy processing another command.
Action: Reissue the command. If the problem persists, us a MODIFY command against the agent to issue the SSINO,D command to obtain a hex printout of the subsystem control blocks and then contact SDS Technical Support.
