Unable to create storage-name storage class or space; SSM reason=decimal-reason-code, reason-explanation
Error message issued by VNCINI03 after a request to define a buffer space or buffer class identified by storage-name has failed for the reason identified by decimal-reason-code and textual explanation reason-explanation. VNCINI03 only runs when the agent is initializing. This error ends the initialization process.
It is very unlikely that this error would occur at a customer installation. It may occur during development.
