VNAC agent agent-name is already active on this system
A VNAC agent could not start because another agent of the same name was already running on the same z/OS system.
In the default installation, agent names match the CVTSnames of their host systems. So two agents with the default name cannot share a system.
Action: Go to the JCL for agent job or proc and change the value of AGNTNAM.
