Dispatch of work to type tasks suspended due to storage constraint.
Memory use below 16MB has exceed the maximum percentage allowed for VNAC tasks of the given type–i.e. attended or unattended tasks. The agent has stopped creating new tasks of that type. The dispatcher will not schedule new work to any existing tasks of that type until usage falls below the limit and stays there for the specified number of seconds.
