Dispatch of work to type tasks restarted.
The dispatcher has resumed scheduling work to tasks of the type specified–i.e. attended or unattended tasks. Work-scheduling was previously suspended because memory use below 16MB exceeded the maximum percentage allowed for those tasks. Work-scheduling resumed because memory fell below the limit and stayed there for the specified number of seconds.
