While the agent was shutting down, the VNAC dispatcher detected that one or more tasks had not ended. The VNAC dispatcher is attempting to forcibly stop the tasks. This message is issued every ten seconds until the main VNAC task determines the agent is not shuttng down, at which point it will terminate the dispatcher and end. This may result in a system A03 abend.
