Description: The subsystem attempting to create a timer while it passed a command to an agent, but the STIMERM SET macro failed. The command is not passed to the agent.

Action: Reissue the command. If the problem persists, us a MODIFY command against the agent to issue the SSINO,D command to obtain a hex printout of the subsystem control blocks and then contact SDS Technical Support.
